About A J Bush & Sons

The late Alfred John Bush commenced trading in his first butcher shop in Newcastle in 1909-12 before coming to Sydney in 1921 and establishing the wholesale butchery business of A J Bush and Sons.

We have supplied meat to wholesale and retail customers for over 90 years. We are also leaders in the recycling of meat by-products and operate plants at sites in both NSW and Queensland.

Today the company remains a 100% Australian business, fully owned and operated by the Bush family.
